Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and the Probasi Live team ("we", "us") for your use of the Probasi Live app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Probasi Live

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to use the Service where you live, and must not have been banned from it before.
• One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. Your content

You own what you create — your lives, audio, messages, photos and profile ("Content"). To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and distribute your Content within the Service for as long as it is on the Service. You promise that you have the rights to your Content and that it does not break the law or these Terms.

3. What is not allowed

The full list is in the Community Guidelines. In particular you must not:

• post or stream sexual content, nudity, or anything that sexualises or endangers minors — this leads to a permanent ban and a report to the authorities (see Child Safety Standards);
• harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against anyone, or promote violence, terrorism or self-harm;
• stream or promote gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, scams or other illegal activity;
• impersonate others, run fake accounts, or use bots, scripts or modified apps;
• share other people's private information, or record and redistribute others' streams without consent;
• infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights;
• attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, its payment or reward systems.

4. Moderation

Users can report or block any user, live, room or message from inside the app. Our moderators may review reported content, watch live rooms, remove content, end rooms, mute or remove users, and suspend or permanently ban accounts or devices that break these Terms — with or without notice, depending on the seriousness. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact [email protected] with your user ID and we will review it.

5. Diamonds, gifts and other virtual items

• "Diamonds", gifts, frames, entry animations, chat bubbles, VIP packages and other store items are virtual items. They are a limited licence to use a feature inside Probasi Live. They are not money, have no cash value outside the Service and are not property.
• Virtual items are obtained only through the methods made available in the app. Buying from unofficial sources is at your own risk and may lead to loss of the items or a ban.
• Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or a purchase failed for a technical reason on our side. Items with a validity period expire at the end of that period.
• Gifts you send are a voluntary transfer to the recipient and cannot be reversed.
• We may change prices, availability and features of virtual items, and may correct balances that result from errors, fraud or abuse.

6. Hosts, agencies and rewards

Hosts and agencies may earn rewards under the programme rules shown in the app. Rewards and withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum amounts, processing times and fraud checks. We may withhold or cancel rewards obtained through fake activity, self-gifting, collusion or any breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

7. Our rights in the Service

The app, its design, logos, animations and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, resell or build a competing service from it.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. When an account is closed for a violation, unused virtual items are forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Lives and rooms are created by users, not by us; we do not endorse or guarantee any user's content or conduct. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Be careful when interacting with people you do not know, and never send money outside the app to other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data or profits, or for the conduct of other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
