Community Guidelines
The rules that keep Probasi Live a place where everyone can feel safe and welcome.
Last updated: 22 September 2026These guidelines apply to everything on Probasi Live: lives, voice rooms, PK battles, chat, calls, profiles, names, photos and gifts. They are part of our Terms of Service. Probasi Live is for adults aged 18 and over.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or repeated unwanted contact.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar grounds.
- No sharing of another person's private information, photos or recordings without their consent.
Keep it clean
- No nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit content or sexual services — on camera, in audio, in chat, in profile photos or in names.
- No sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, ever. See our Child Safety Standards.
- No minors on camera or on a seat. If a child appears in your live, end the live.
Keep it safe and legal
- No violence, gore, cruelty to animals, or promotion of terrorism, extremism, self-harm or suicide.
- No gambling, betting, illegal drugs, weapons sales or other illegal goods and services.
- No dangerous activity on live, including streaming while driving.
Be real and fair
- No impersonation, fake accounts, bots, scripts or modified apps.
- No scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or asking users to send money outside the app.
- No fake activity to win rankings, rewards or PK battles — including self-gifting through other accounts and collusion.
- No spam or unauthorised advertising of other apps or services.
- Respect copyright: do not stream films, matches or music you do not have the right to broadcast.
If you see a problem
Use Report on the user's profile, in the live or room, or on the message. You can also Block a user so they can no longer contact you. For urgent safety issues, write to [email protected] or use the contact form with the topic "Safety report". If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, our moderators may remove content, end a live or room, mute or remove a user from a room, issue a warning, suspend an account, or ban the account and device permanently. Serious violations — especially anything involving child safety — result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities. Virtual items on a banned account are forfeited. To appeal, email [email protected] with your user ID.
