Child Safety Standards
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), what we do about it, and how to reach us.
Last updated: 22 September 2026These standards apply to the Probasi Live app (package com.applooma.probasilive), published by the Probasi Live team.
1. Adults only
Probasi Live is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We ask for a date of birth on the profile, and accounts that we find or reasonably believe belong to someone under 18 are closed. Minors may not appear on camera or take a seat in any room.
2. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — real, drawn, generated or edited — in lives, audio, chat, calls, profile photos, names or links.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a child to sexually exploit them, including asking for images or arranging contact.
- Sexualising minors: sexual comments about a child, or content that depicts a child in a sexual way.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or offering or seeking sexual contact with a child.
- Sharing links or instructions that help others find such material.
3. How users report it
- In the app: every profile, live, voice room and chat message has a Report option, and any user can be blocked.
- By email: [email protected] with the subject "Child safety report".
- On the web: the contact form, topic "Safety report".
Child safety reports are reviewed before all other reports. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
4. What we do
- Prevention: an 18+ requirement, moderators who monitor live rooms, the ability to end any room immediately, and device-level bans so banned users cannot simply return.
- Action: violating content is removed and the live or room is ended as soon as we become aware of it; the account and device are permanently banned.
- Reporting: we report confirmed CSAM and related offences to the relevant national authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and we preserve the information needed for an investigation as the law requires.
- Cooperation: we respond to valid requests from law enforcement.
5. Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
